working groups
The Forum had established the following seven working groups to examine particular areas of Human Rights. Each working group had a convenor and equal civic and political representation.

7. Preamble, Enforcement and implementation
The documents below were produced to provide a guide for rights which should be mainstreamed across all working groups and to clearly identify the areas of overlap between each group. A recommended reading list and annotations relevant to all working groups can also be accessed below.
